If Rika Orimoto were to consume it, it would give her immeasurable power. She is already a special grade, consuming a body part of Sukuna that, too, from his original self, will be more than enough to make Yuta Okkotsu the strongest sorcerer, surpassing Satoru Gojo. The King of Curses has several abilities under his sleeves, and Rika could get access to each one of them. It could prove to be a massive boost against their upcoming battles.

But Satoru Gojo is dead, and Yuta shoulders the hope of the Jujutsu world. The Culling Games are still going on. Until a decisive winner, the game would continue, and Ryomen Sukuna going on a rampage could be harmful to every person including normal people.
