However, with the release ofWarhammer 40,000: The Ultimate Guide, many in the community felt that due to Custodes being referred to as“brotherhoods,”Games Workshop might’ve removed female Custodes altogether.

But that’s not the case. Gav Thorpe, one of the authors who worked on the book, was asked onBlue Skyif female Custodes are still a part of the franchise. He confirmed that they’re still a part of the franchise and smashed all rumors surrounding their introduction.

The fact that Cavill is attached to the project is probably the reason why both companies agreed to sort out their differences. He’s been a part of the franchise for a long time, and he’s keen to see it hitting the big screens.
