During an interview to promote the documentary, Shatner discussed the planet’s current state, especially with several natural calamities threatening it. In response, Shatner revealed that he had heard about a “Manhattan Project” that scientists were creating to clean up the planet. Ahead of the documentary’s release, Shatner sat down for a conversation withIGN. During the interview, Shatner was asked about the deeply precarious state of our planet, especially because of his love for nature, which is a key point in the documentary.

At the time, Shatner raised the question of creating a project to rid the planet of all the harmful components harming nature. Shatner added that the scientist told him such a project had been in development. Moreover, the actor confirmed that the project aimed to clean the air, water, and ground while also reducing the carbon in the atmosphere.
