Lewdle continues to go toe-to-toe with The New York Times’ Wordle, still being one of the most popular ‘dle’ spin-offs since the start of this year. However, you’ve got to be incredibly filthy-minded to guess some of the daily puzzles, so don’t be ashamed if you need assistance with the latest word.

Here’s everything you need to know about the most recent Lewdle puzzle for July 2, including some hints, tips, and the official answer.
Lewdle Hints & Tips For Saturday, July 2
Lewdle is kicking the weekend off with a relatively easy puzzle, compared to previous ones. For Saturday, July 2, Lewdle players will find a five-letter word that needs to be guessed.
The word begins with the letter ‘N’ and ends with the letter ‘S’. There is only one vowel featured in the word, with the remaining four letters being consonants. There are also no repeating letters in today’s puzzle.
Players can also make use of the two Lewdle modes available, which aim to make things a little easier. The first is known as ‘Just The Tip’, which allows Lewdle players to reveal a single letter in the puzzle, but can only be used once per guess and will incur a penalty to your daily score. Whilst the second mode, ‘Ghost Guesses’, allows the player to also guess valid five-letter words in six-letter Lewdle puzzles but will again incur a small penalty to their daily score.
But, if you’ve still been left scratching your head, here’s the official Lewdle answer for July 2.
