Without the Loom, lots of new timelines appear. With his new power, Loki becomes the ‘God of Stories,’ connecting these timelines to keep the multiverse steady.

Recently,Tom Hiddlestonappeared onJimmy Kimmel Liveto promote his latest thriller series,The Night Manager.There, he addressed whether he would ever reprise his Marvel role. Hiddleston didn’t make any firm commitments, but shared his satisfaction with where Loki’s story ended in Season 2:
“I don’t know, I really don’t know. I know that we’ve reached some sort of narrative conclusion with season two, which feels very satisfying to me.”
He feels that Loki’s story has concluded on a satisfying note. By the end of Season 2, Loki takes on the mantle of the ‘God of Stories,’ which is a major change for his character. The actor seemed pleased with this new direction, which questions: if this is the end of Loki’s standalone adventures?

I’m pretty sure he’ll have to come back eventually, especially if Marvel wants to bring in the Avenger Prime version of Loki for Avengers 5 or Secret Wars.
