In a snow-covered, abandoned city, a boy lay in the snow. When a girl walked by, he held her hand and asked her not to leave. They stayed together, and at noon, bells rang, and they shared a kiss. It was revealed that the incidents we saw were the story of a manga about a boy and a girl. Fuuko finished reading the manga and felt a bit disappointed that her life wasn’t as exciting. She decided to end her life, standing on a bridge over train tracks, but a man arrived, concerned for her safety.
Fuuko explained that her touch brought bad luck, and she felt she couldn’t experience romance. She even threatened the man with a knife, but he hurt himself on purpose, taking the knife to his chest. Later, he saved her from falling in front of a train, revealing himself as Undead. Undead’s wish was to find a way to die, and he believed Fuuko’s touch might help. He held her, and they discovered that her bad luck grew the longer he touched her.
But trouble came when a scarred man tried to capture Fuuko. Undead defended her, revealing his head could regenerate, and they escaped. Fuuko kissed Undead on the cheek, which triggered a meteorite crash, saving them both. Undead survived the impact, and Fuuko introduced herself as Fuuko Izumo. Undead couldn’t recall his name, so she named him Andy.
