As the San Diego Comic-Con 2024 kicked off, Kevin Feige announced that the agency will now be at the center of a new comic series titledTVA. The limited comic series, slated for a December 2024 debut, will mark the Marvel Comics debut of several popular MCU characters.

According to the newannouncementby the MCU HeadKevin Feigeand Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief, C.B. Cebulski, Katharyn Blair will write the newTVAlimited comics. TheLokiseries writer will be assisted by artist Pere Perez on the comics that will bring displaced superheroes like Captain Carter, Ghost-Spider, and Gambit to be the new management of the agency.

The TVA is under new management! The series, launching in December, will be an evolution for the Marvel Comics’ version of the TVA and mark the comics debut of various MCU characters including breakout Loki star Miss Minutes. A new band of universe displaced heroes, including Ghost-Spider and Captain Carter, will be recruited by the agency and charged with monitoring and regulating all realities and timelines.
Recently, it was shown inSpider-Gwen: The Ghost-Spider#1 (seeScreen Rant) how the TVA, and especially Ouroboros was responsible for pulling out Spider-Gwen from her Earth-65 and bringing her to Earth-616. As per the announcement, she would help Captain Carter, Sylvie, a version of Gambit, Mobius, Miss Minutes, B-15, and the others to ensure proper regulation of the timelines.
While the announcement has sparked an interest among fans to know more about the agency, it also has an answer to a major concern that is presented inDeadpool & Wolverine.
