The Crew 2has been around for a while, and similar to otherUbisofttitles, it still receives continuous content support from its developers. In a recent tweet, the game’sofficial Twitter pagerevealed the first trailer for Season 7 as well as announcing the release date of the new season.
Into The Storm is the new season of The Crew 2, adding new weather effects to the game as its most iconic new feature. The reveal trailer showcases drives through a huge tornado that takes over the city, similarly toForza Horizon 5’s stormy weather that was well-received by its fans at the time of its release.

It’s yet to be seen whether more new weather effects will be available during the season, but the game already features rainy and snowy regions based on where you head on the map of the US.
The Crew 2 Season 7 Episode 1 will be available across all platforms on November 16. More details about the additions of the new season, including new cars, are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
While the teaser shows a glimpse at driving into the storm, we wonder how it could affect flying in the air or driving boats in the game. Probably stormy rivers could offer an exciting experience for driving boats, but that has not been confirmed so far, as the trailer only focuses on ground vehicles.
While it remains unknown how long the content support will continue for The Crew 2, an unofficial report recently claimed thatIvory Toweris already working on a new racing game that could be a new title from The Crew series, but this time around, the game will only focus on cars and will be set in Hawaii instead of featuring the entire US as its world map.
Early next month, Electronic Arts will publishNeed For Speed Unbound, which could be a direct competitor to The Crew 2 and Forza Horizon 5 as all those titles offer arcade-style driving and a racing experience with open-world elements and a huge focus on online play.
