Starting at 10 AM PST on November 22, theSteamAutumn Sale will begin, giving gamers worldwide the chance to add new titles to their library at a more affordable price. Thousands of games for PC, including award winners and cult favorites, will be on discount until November 29.
Throughout the year, Steam hosts fourseasonal sales: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. As usual, the dates for this year’s Autumn Sale include Black Friday and Cyber Monday, capitalizing on the shopping frenzy. In a minute-long YouTube trailer, Steam welcomed gamers to the Autumn Sale, noting that this week is an opportune time to purchase games or gift cards as presents for loved ones ahead of the holidays.

The Steam Autumn Sale features games across a plethora of genres including open-world, adventure, and rogue-lite. Below is just a handful of the games receiving a discount during the Autumn 2022 sale:
During the Steam Autumn Sale, gamers can begin nominating their favorite games for the annual Steam Awards. For each of the 11 categories, the top five games will be named official nominees. Players will be able to vote on the most deserving titles during the Winter Sale in December. Last year’s winners includeResident Evil Village, awarded Game of the Year, andTerraria, distinguished as a Labor of Love.
The 2022 Steam Awards introduces a new category for games on portable devices: the Best Game on the Go Award. The addition of this category comes as no surprise with the rising popularity of theSteam Deck, which reached one million units shipped as of October. A potential nominee for Best Game on the Go is Elden Ring — the fantasy role-playing game is certified to run on Steam Deck and is one of Steam’s most-played games of all time.
