There are many locations players can sell their survey data, but some people will be willing to pay much more than others. After going through the trouble of surveying a planet, it’s important to get the right price for your hard work.

Trade Authority Kiosks

The first and most common place you cansell your survey data is at aTrade Authority Kiosk.These are very common and found atjust about every major city’s starportin the galaxy. There areno restrictions on what survey data can be sold where,so use these kiosks out of convenience, but knowthey don’t offer the best price.

When selling items at the kiosk, go to the"Notes" section in your inventory.This section will hold all of your completed survey data.Survey data does not have any weightto it, so collect as much as you’d like before selling it.

Vladimir will offer you the best price for your survey dataand will be willing to buy it for any planet you’ve surveyed. Vladimir isfound on the Eye in orbit over New Atlantis, later traveling toThe Lodge if you continue with Constellation’s quest line.

If you’ve never sold survey data to him before,select the dialogue option about artifacts being hard to find.After that, he will mention that he pays good money for completed survey data. NowVladimirwill become apermanent merchant you can sell survey data too,often formore than double what the Trade Authority Kisosk pays.
