To make sure that Twilight was silenced, they sent a group of brawlers to take him down, lead by Ngyuen. Despite his brief appearance, the man proved to be a proficient fighter, forcing Loid to narrowly avoid many of his hits during their short confrontation. Still, he was beaten quickly by Loid, proving he was not the strongest fighter in Ostania’s criminal world.

Though despite his cold and calculated appearance and methods, he’s kind to his subordinates, like Yuri, and his intelligence is his strength. Though he isn’t a field agent, he is a threat to Loid and, as such, deserves his spot.

Of the colorful cast of characters present in Spyxfamily, Sickle and Chain Barnaby is aptly named since he carries a sickle on a chain as a weapon. He’s an assassin who was sent to kill Olka and Gram Gretcher, and the strongest of the group sent after them.
He makes his debut in the cruise adventure arc and is shown to be a selfish and greedy man who wants to keep all the bounty for himself. His strength was enough to even give Yor trouble while she was protecting Olka and Gram, showing just how powerful he was. Eventually, Yor managed to tie him up with his chain, which made him harmless for the rest of the trip.
6Winston Wheeler

Winston Wheeler is a spy for Ostania who manages to infiltrate the WISE agency and successfully becomes a double agent and leaks information that Westalis holds against Ostania. To reach his position required a fair amount of cunning, but strength plays a role too.
After being discovered as a mole, he fights Twilight and even impresses him with his fighting skills and is good at utilizing weapons and his own hands during combat. His strength level, for this reason, is considered above average until he’s eventually defeated by Fiona.
