No one inRedfallis going to take back the neighborhoods that have been besieged by the blood-suckers and their cult members, so it’s up to you to do so. And the best way to tackle this task is byclaiming the many safehousesthat are scattered around the map.

Each neighborhood has its own safehouse, and each safehouse comes witha couple of missionsto claim that area. For Sedgewick, that meanstaking on the Metamorphosis missionand ultimately, the Underboss of the area.
How To Start Metamorphosis
to start the Metamorphosis mission, you will need to findthe Sedgewick Safehouse, which islocated southwest of the Fire Station. As you get close to the safehouse, an icon will appear on your screen and your character will say some kind of dialogue to inform you that a safehouse is nearby.
As is the case with any safehouse in the game, you will have to unlock the door to the safehouse by restoring power from a nearby generator. After you have cleared the area of enemies,you can find the generator in the nearby garage. Watch out for the trip mines that are rigged in the garage door. These can easily be disarmed by walking up to them on the wall and interacting with them. Once you are safe to enter the garage, simply start up the generator and head inside the safehouse to interact with the giant map on the wall.

How To Complete Metamorphosis
Once you have accepted the mission from the map, you will be shown a marker on your map that you may ping. The marker willbe northeast of you, near the Fire Station, and the mission is tasking you with stopping an incubating Vampire from getting stronger from Blood Bag enemies.
Head to where the marker is pointing you, and get ready to fight for a little while. This mission is timed and all you need to do isstop the Blood Bags from getting their blood on the Vampire. It only will last for a couple of minutes, but there will also be other enemies attacking you so be sure you are stocked up on medical supplies. Eventually, the Vampire will finally emerge from its cocoon and fight you.
Depending on how much blood was given to it, theVampire’s health might be larger. Either way, you just need to kill it as you would with any other Vampire. It will go down pretty easily, and once you’ve staked it, you need to go back to the safehouse.

It’s now time to take on the Underboss for the area, who is lurking in theRedfall United Church of Christto the southwest of the safehouse. He can be found inthe main sanctuary area of the churchand will be flanked by other Vampires and Cultists, so be ready for a fight.
He will provide shields to his companions around him, so try not to get overwhelmed by their numbers. Don’t be afraid torun into another roomwhere you can funnel them to you instead of taking them all on at once. Once they’re down and you have taken out the Underboss as you usually do, pick up his skull, and the mission is over and the Sedgewick Safehouse is complete.
