During Trevor Noah’s awards speech, fans on Twitter noticed Roy Wood Jr. shouting “Please hire a host” and this became a viral sensation on the social media platform. Afterwards, Wood Jr. commented onthe video, stating: ”Chill fam I was trying to do that in the low.” He made it clear he was just vibing and wasn’t really serious about the statement.
