According to a recent saleschart, the remote-play device has been in the top 1 or 2 spot as the best-selling accessory for gaming in the United Kingdom.

The Portal had a few questionable features and lack thereof, but the gaming community now has a gist of where this handheld device can flourish. It may be the most expensive paperweight if an owner does not have a PS5 or good internet; however, these can be easily checked.

Sony Interactive Entertainment took a different approach with this device and now paying off. Perhaps the company will continue to update the device to appeal to the larger community.
