Good news for all those PlayStation 4 and 5 owners out there who currently have an active PlayStation Plus subscription, as next month, from February 6th to March 4th, players will be able to gain access to the highly anticipated co-op shooterFoamstarsfrom the developer Square Enix, while also gaining access to the game a whole month before it officially goes on sale in the PlayStation store.

Foamstars will be released on February 6th for free on PS Plus.

During this time, players will be able to acquireFoamstarsat no extra cost thanks to the PlayStation Plus subscription plan. Unfortunately for Xbox players,Foamstarswill be a PlayStation exclusive, and sadly, there are no plans for it to ever go to any other consoles.

After the first month ofFoamstarsbeing available on the PS Plus monthly free games, it will then be added to the store for anyone to purchase, and if they so choose, it will cost them £24.99 for the game, but this won’t take effect until March 5th.

PlayStation players will get an interesting exclusive, and from the sounds of it, they will have some fun.

What can we expect from Foamstars once it is released on the PlayStation console?

At the moment, there is only limited information as to what will be coming toFoamstarsonce it is released and its roadmap for the rest of the year. However, there is still some interesting content that will be coming once the game is released next month, and there is a lot of hype towards the future of the game and its content.

OnceFoamstarsreleases, players will be able to gain access to a few different game modes that will each provide a different gameplay experience depending on which mode they choose. If you are looking for a PvE experience, then the squad missions are perfect for you.

Whether you want to go solo or with a team, you will be tasked with the objective of defending Bath Vegas from hordes of Bubble Beasties as they attempt to attack Bath Vegan and its inhabitants. This game mode is best described as a randomized encounter, as each time you play it will be different, but it also provides players with the opportunity to practice with different characters, complete missions to earn experience for the season pass, or just generally have a chill time.

If you are more into the competitive side of gaming, then there’s good news, there will be a PvP mode, and upon release, there will be 3 different game modes for players to choose from, each with its own unique gimmick that sets them apart from all the rest.

AfterFoamstarsreleases, there will be a set amount of updates that will be released throughout the year, which will bring with them new themed seasonal content, new season passes with new characters, cosmetics, and new game modes and maps to play on.

Even though there will be a season pass withinFoamstars, it sadly won’t fully be free as there will also be a premium path on the season pass, which anyone who is willing to purchase it would have to pay £4.99. If a player decides to go along with this option, they will immediately gain access to a new character, which will be connected to the season pass, and they will also have the opportunity to earn special character-specific cosmetics.

Whether you have heard ofFoamstarsor not, it would be completely worth it to get it while it is free during February, as it has multiple game modes for players to jump in and try. Whether you are alone or with a squad of 3 or 4 players, there will always be some game mode for you to try and enjoy, and it would well be worth giving it a go.
