Just like every other confidant, you will rank up this social link byspending time with Takemiat her clinic.
Choosing the right dialogue is important as it will reward you with affection points. You will need a specific amount of affection points to unlock the next rank of the social link. While leveling up this confidant, you will alsogain +1 Gutsevery time Takemi performs her tests on you.
You will need a Death Arcana persona in your inventory to gain the most affection points while you are spending time with Takemi.
In case you choose some wrong dialogue options, you can gain some extra affection points by giving Takemi a gift. Some of thebest giftsfor Takemi are theBlack Mug, Mini-Cactus, and a 48 Sided 3D Puzzle.
In terms of availability, Takemi is working at herclinic in Yongen-Jayaand you may visit her any day of the week, and even on rainy days. This makes her one of the easiest social links to rank up quickly and allows you tomanage your timemore effectively.
Takemi’s social link in Persona 5 Royal will be available starting on April 18th. Once you have passed this date, you may increase this confidant rank at your own pace on whichever day you want.

This rank is special and will require multiple days to finish fully. The first half of this rank will start normally but it will stop midway and the side quest-Bad Medicinewill be unlocked.
I will recommend heading to Mementos once you have accumulated a number of side quests to finish, rather than wasting a whole day for a single side quest.
