Kasumi is one of the characters with whom you’re able to enter into a romantic relationship. Of course, you will have to reach rank 9 first.
If you have already started the social link, you may be confused right now because the confidant only has 5 ranks. The rest of the ranks will unlock later on, but you have tofinish rank 5 before December 2022.
