First, as is the case with just about every Pal in the game, you’re able to find Penking in one of the game’s sanctuaries, specifically the No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary, which is in the southern area of the map. This is a tough place to get Penking asall Pals are protected in these sanctuaries, and if you are caught trying to capture them, the guards will descend upon you and begin shooting at you immediately.
You will suddenly find yourself having to fight off all the guards coming after you while alsotrying to damage Penkingenough to capture them. It’s just a bad situation all around. The recommended, albeit still tough, way to capture Penking out in the world is to find them inthe Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings, where they can be fought as an Alpha Boss fight. Bring plenty of strong Pals to fight with you here, preferablyan Electric or Fire type. Use an Ultra or Hyper Pal Sphere to ensure the Penking doesn’t break out of its capture as well.
