P Diddy seems to be hell-bent on getting out of prison, given that the rapper has found himself in hot water on charges of s*xual coercion, racketeering, and trafficking. The rapper, ever since his incarceration, has filed multiple times for release from prison on bail.
After having submitted two appeals to the court and having them rejected, Diddy’s legal team has not filed a third appeal to get the actor out of jail. Previously, the team had also submitted a petition for house arrest, which was denied by the judge out of fears of witness and evidence tampering.

Diddy‘s legal team has been trying very hard to get him out of prison, as the rapper seems to be suffering in prison due to an unlivable environment. Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s chief legal consult, has said the detention center where Dissy is held is very unfit for pre-trial detention.

The rapper’s troubles, however, seem to be mounting, given that the third plea will most likely be rejected as well. Judge Andrew L Carter, the sitting judge on the case, has said time and time again that there are no sets of conditions that can be imposed on the rapper outside of prison that would keep him from interfering in the case, such as tampering evidence or witnesses.
Diddy’s mother has come out in defense of her son
Diddy’s mother, Janice Small Combs, has come out to defend her son, claiming that he is innocent and that the allegations levied at the rapper are lies. However, Miss. Small Combs acknowledged that Diddy has “made mistakes in the past, as we all have“. She further said, as reported by theBBC:
It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies,
This statement came at the heels of the additional assault claims that were levied at Diddy by men and women. It remains to be seen how many of these cases are legitimate and how many of them will affect Diddy’s sentence, if there even is one. So far, the case is being treated with the utmost diligence, with Combs under state detention, awaiting trial. The case has also allegedly impacted Hollywood as actors, actresses, and politicians might also be indicted, thanks to participating in illegal activities in Combs’ “Freak Offs”.
