To obtain the Battle-Tested Dagger from the Elderly Man, you must journey to Clockbank, Brightlands, and locate the Tavern. Go upstairs, and you will see a boy obstructing access to the balcony. You must knock him out before continuing towards the balcony. Upon reaching there,challenge or provoke the Elderly Man into a duel in the daytime; he is an assassin with strength level nine.
