How to Surrender During a Match of Marvel Rivals
During acompetitive matchofMarvel Rivals, you can open up the in-game menu. This is done on PC by hitting the ESC key.
You’ll see a new option from this menu: a button that says surrender. Click it to start a surrender vote. It must be unanimous for it to pass. If it does, the game is over; your team will lose, and each player will lose rank points.
You can only surrender a match after the first round. If you attempt to summon a surrender vote, it tells you that you have to wait until round one is over.

However, there are some appropriate times when surrendering is the right decision.If your team agrees that they’re ready to move on, you should go ahead and surrender. If people are checked out, there’s no sense in wasting everyone’s time.
Additionally, it’s not worth wasting your time if people aren’t adhering to a proper team composition. Having six of the game’sbest duelistsdoesn’t matter if no one can act as atankor asupport/healer. You’ll all die before you can dish out damage.
