After the most epic battle in the history ofMy Hero Academia, Kohei Horikoshi’s magnum opus has come to an end. With the help of his friends, teachers from the U.A., and his mentor, All Might, Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, has managed to take down All for One, who almost succeeded in unleashing carnage on the world.

While he was not able to entirely save Shigaraki Tomura, he did manage to get him out of the memories that he was holding of his childhood and free him from the burden of All for One. And with the release of Chapter 424 ofMy Hero Academia, the epilogue of one of the best manga series has finally begun.
But fans are still a little desperate. Since the end of the war inMy Hero Academia, fans have been demanding Horikoshi to create a spinoff series that could continue the legacy ofMy Hero Academia.And there might be a chance that Horikoshi may fulfill the dreams of his fans.

July 14, 2025, marked the beginning ofMy Hero Academia’sepilogue with the release of Chapter 424. The series has finally started with the ending chapters and will most likely conclude after a few chapters that will discuss the aftereffects of the epic war on the world, especially on the students of U.A.

Chapter 424 gave a glimpse of the situation of the world after the war, and while it was not focused much, Izuku, All Might, and Bakugo’s condition grabbed the center stage of the chapter. Both Izuku and Bakugo are almost quirkless, with Bakugo losing one of his hands and Izuku losing all the vestiges of One for All.
However, this doesn’t stop them from wanting to be heroes once again and save the world. The chapter ends with Izukulooking at his schooland thinking of a bright future and the upcoming struggles that the future might bring for the heroes ofMy Hero Academia.

Fans Demand A Spinoff Series ForMy Hero Academia
Since the release of Chapter 424, fans have had mixed feelings forMy Hero Academia. While some fans are happy that the series has finally ended the war and come to a satisfying conclusion, others are still not happy with the ending and are demanding a sequel or a spinoff series forKohei Horikoshi’smasterpiece.
Also, Horikoshi may have dropped a hint with Chapter 424 that there might be a spinoff in the works. Izuku’s desire to go above and beyond for a “bright future” may be Horikoshi’s way of saying that the series might be back.

It hasn’t been confirmed anywhere that the Series will end soon in fact it’s the opposite the Author even stated in an interview that the end of the war isn’t the end of the Manga Story

My Hero Academia’send is an emotional moment for the fans as the series has entertained the anime and manga world for almost ten years. The series is considered one of the legends and has inspired many future manga artists. Therefore, fans’ demand for a spinoff series is justified.
