Uraraka pleads to let Deku stay in U.A. High in My Hero Academia.

Uraraka Ochako is one of the main leads of the anime, a central character and one of the reasons that kept Deku grounded to his moral compass. She’s a genuinely kind person who worked hard to become the hero she is now. That journey wasn’t left without some incredibly traumatic and devastating moments. Season 7 will feature a scene that will make viewers tear up. Uraraka will have to confront Himiko Toga by herself. According to her voice actress, Ayane Sakura, she couldn’t stop her own tears while recording these scenes.

The Complex Relationship Between Heroes and Villains

The relationship between heroes and villains isn’t entirely black and white inMy Hero Academia.Kohei Horikoshihas written the villains in a way that makes you empathize heavily with them, while condemning their present actions. While it doesn’t apply to all villains like All For One or Overhaul, most of the villains have multiple sides to them and tragic backstories that ultimately make their goals intriguing. Even the heroes begin to realize how flawed the world is around them that made the villains who they are.

Himiko was always in search of affection and pure love but due to her childhood, she never understood how. Uraraka recognized that and when the two were in their final fight, the hero still embraced her after being injured. It shows that all villains needed was a guiding light and to have the proper resources to heal. Himiko’s path could’ve been stopped if she was raised in a loving environment.
