This NetEase Games title still doesn’t have a solid release date but will be available for closed alpha testing on June 17, 2025. However, the new updates about the game are getting fans eager to play the game even more.
Similarly, a recent map reveal trailer has made fans speculative. The game has already confirmed over a dozen Marvel superheroes and villains in theMarvel Rivalsroster. Still, a fan has found one undiscovered character in the recent trailer who could also make an appearance in the game.
Marvel Rivals Fans Find Another Tease in New Map Trailer
Marvel Games has recently shared the map reveal trailer for Tokyo 2099:‘Traditional And Futuristic Shin-Shibuya.’This is another world that has emerged from the Timestream Entanglement in the game and it looks awesome.

In this particular trailer, at the very end of it, we can see wall graffiti of a famous supervillain from theSpider-Manfranchise, the Scorpion. And this minute detail has made a fan excited. So far, a total of 19 characters have been confirmed for theMarvel Finalsroster.

However, there is no mention of the Scorpion in that confirmed character list. So, if this formidable character gets added to the game, then this is going to be a treat for the Spider-Man fans.
The fan who pointed out this detail has already decided that Scorpion is going to be his main agent. The game is a 6v6 third-person shooter and players can team up online with their friends to go against other players.
