While the Avenger Prime Loki has the same powers and abilities as the Earth-616 Loki, he has defeated far more powerful enemies as the supervisor of the Multiversal Avengers. He has defeated and killed many variants of the multiversal villains, Mephisto and Doctor Doom.

He has also beaten some of the most famous Marvel villains, including Galactus, an Infinity Gauntlet-wielding Thanos, a Cosmic Cube-wielding Red Skull, and Gorr the God Butcher. His encounters with Doctor Doom and Galactus also mean that he can be tied into the MCU’sThe Fantastic Fourstoryline too.
