Revealing his favorite scene to shoot, Snyder mentioned that he enjoyed the ones where he needed to exert physical energy. The scene where the epic battle takes place was among his unforgettable ones.
“I think my favorite scene to film would have been a lot of the battling on Veldt toward the end of the movie where really just blowing everything up and running around and going completely nuts. That was a lot of sort of physically fun to do, but I think for me one of my favorite scenes is the scene in the longhouse where Sam gives the banners out to all the Warriors.”

More than the thrill of filming, the scene also provided an opportunity for the cast and crew to get together and have fun after all the months they toiled throughout the production.
“I really enjoyed shooting that because it was really just like a real kind of bonding moment for everyone, and we really sort of had been working on the movie for a really long time at that point, and so having this kind of moment of recognition of all the characters really almost rang true to where we were in our own sort of experience making the film.”

After doing this giant sort of shooting a movie where nothing exists, where you have to make it all up, it’d be fun to go find a cool location and film something that’s there.”
