Jeremy Allen White is slowly turning into a name that’s being recognized quite easily in Hollywood. The 33-year-old is popularly known for his various roles on television shows. White, born in Brooklyn, New York began his acting career back in 2006, debuting on the silver screen withBeautiful Ohiostarring Michelle Trachtenberg, Julianna Margulies, and William Hurt.

A couple of years later, White would land himself the role of Phillip Gallagher on the hit comedy-drama seriesShameless. White starred alongside Hollywood veteran William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum, who played his father and sister on the show. Jeremy’s most recent work includesThe Bear, a series with a vibe similar toShameless. White’s success on the show has been terrific.

During the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony,Baby ReindeerandShogunreceived a lot of recognition for the outstanding runs they’ve had on television so far.Shogunwalked away with a whopping 18 wins, making it a historical moment.

Jeremy Allen Whitewas also nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for the second consecutive year. He managed to win the award for his role as Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto. White’s crewmate fromThe Bear,Ayo Edebiriseemed like she was in tears while the actor delivered his acceptance speech.

During his speech, White made sure to show appreciation for the academy and his fellow nominees. He also added,

My beautiful cast, I love you forever. I love to work with you and I just… I want us to be in each other’s lives forever. I love you so dearly.

The New York native also took a moment to appreciate the changeThe Bearbrought into his life since 2022, following the release of season one that year. He said,

White almost seemed in disbelief that he had won a second straight Emmy award, which is a big deal, needless to say. He finally concluded his speech by acknowledging his family as well.

The Bearhas had a successful run for three seasons now, with a fourth possibly coming out next year.

The Bearis most certainly one of the most critically acclaimed shows over the last two years. Having had Carmy run the show successfully, FX Productions, Tyson Bidner, and Barry Wernick are expected to start filming Season 4 early next year.

White also weighed in on the filming of a new season, claiming though he isn’t entirely sure when they plan on starting, it will most likely be next year.  According toForbes, he said,

I’m not sure exactly when. I know it’s not going to be until next year. I imagine sometime early next year, a similar start date to the last couple of years: February/March time.

White was already an exceptional actor during his run onShameless. However,The Bearhas allowed him to lead an entire cast. White is slowly becoming a greatly sought-after actor.
