Helldivers 2was a massive triumph for Arrowhead Game Studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment. The gaming community was blown away by how the developers revamped the original game crafted something far more appealing for today’s audience and made it entertaining at the same time.

The gaming community fell in love with the ambitious lore the developers made and the themes of intergalactic warfare. The game featured plenty of tools called stratagems for the community to use and the Mechs were a stand out at first, and are nothing more than cannon fodder that could be revitalized with one cool suggestion.
The New Studio Head Could Bring back the Hype of the Helldivers 2 Mechs
Helldivers 2 is a great title, however, not all great ideas are built to last likethe weak durability of the Mechs inHelldivers 2that made the gaming community forget about them quickly. There was a time when these machines for war were the most sought-after item in the game, players believing it could help them win the war, only to find out they were not built to last in the field.
The studio has appointed Shams Jorjani as the successor of director Johan Pilestedt and has inherited his responsibilities of running Arrowhead Game Studios. Jorjani reached out to the gaming community and asked them for their ideas and suggestions that could benefit the game.

100% pro metal steeds for Helldivers. If they ever let me near that backlog I’ll do what I must. RIDE INTO BATTLEhttps://t.co/Mi42DrpMQw
Jorjani is not a gamerwhich Pilestedt is and that complements his skill and background in developing video games. Despite his different background, it does not mean Jorjani is tethered to an office space working on the company and is incapable of thinking of great ideas that could benefit the game and the community.

The new boss mentioned that he would love to see a feature where players can mount the Mechs and ride them to battle. The gaming community came up with a similar suggestion and is one step closer to reality, especially now that Jorjani is fully on board with the idea.
Shams Jorjani Is a Huge Fan of the Mechs in Helldivers 2 and Could Make Them Great Again
Perhaps there is hope for the Mechs to make a comeback. Some fans believe these metal machines have great potential if the developers added a feature tocustomize the Mechsand attach different weapons on each limb for maximum carnage in the field.

Jorjani sees the potential of the Mechs and mounting them into battle could lead to some crazy experiences and stories to tell. There is a strong likelihood that riding a Mech while an ally is in control and another is on top firing on other enemies will increase the entertainment factor.
The developers should consider this idea before the gaming community loses all interest in the Mechs for good. This idea could give this feature a second chance.

Arrowhead Game Studios has proven that the team can make quality content, however, the developers should always reflect on older concepts that did not pan out the way they expected. Jorjani could be dropping a golden egg to improve the game.
