You do this by completing the Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy quest, where you’ll meet Manny the fixer, Stan the arms dealer, and Oscar the merchant.
Oscar is the one who will sell you the equipments and some of the ingredients needed to create meth.
Build Reputation and Connect with Shirley Watts
After unlocking the warehouse, you’ll need tobuild a friendly reputation with either Jerry Montero or Meg Cooley,and they will introduce you to Shirley Watts, a supplier who carries Pseudo. You can then buy Pseudo via yoursmartphone.
Purchase a Chemistry Station and Lab Oven from Oscar
After acquiring Pseudo from Shirley Watts,you’ll need to buy a Chemistry Station ($1000) and Lab Oven ($1000) for your equipment, as well as Acid ($40) and Phosporous ($40)as the other ingredients required for creating meth.
I found it easier to set up the meth lab inside the Motel since Oscar’s table is inside the warehouse and Shirley’s payment drop is on the west wall of the warehouse.

Bake the Liquid Meth
Once the cooking process is finished, take the Liquid Meth to the Lab Oven and start thebakingprocess.
It will take 6 hours (in-game time) or 360 seconds. Once done,use the hammer to break off the hardened methand ta-da! You’ve just created Meth in Schedule 1.
