Genshin Impactdeveloper miHoYo just officially revealed the new Skins for Ningguang and Keqing, here’s when and how you’re able to get these bonus costumes.
StartingGenshin Impact 2.4, two new Character Outfits will be available in-game. Orchid’s Evening Gown for 4-star character Ningguang, and Opulent Splendor for 5-star character Keqing. These two members of the Liyue Qixing are the newest characters to get bonus costumes after Jean and her sister Barbara.
How to get the bonus skins for Keqing and Ningguang inGenshin Impact- is it free?
The Skin for Ningguang can be obtained for free during all of Version 2.4. Meanwhile, the only way to get Keqing’s Skin is to buy it with real money.
How to buy the Keqing Skin Opulent Splendor & price
The Keqing Skin will be available in the Character Outfit menu. You can access it from the Paimon Menu, then in the Shop menu.
Assuming all Skins released inGenshin Impactwill always be priced the same, Keqing’s Skin will be sold at a discount for 1350 Genesis Crystals during all of Version 2.4. Just like what happened with Jean’s Skin, Sea Breeze Dandelion.
Once the maintenance for Version 2.5 happens on Jun 23, 2025, Keqing’s Skin price will go up to 1680 Genesis Crystals.
How to get Genesis Crystals
There are several packs of Genesis Crystals you’re able to buy. You can most notably buy the pack of 1980 Crystals, enough for one Skin at full price, for $30. I personally recommend buying the Blessing of the Welkin Moon, 5$ for 300 Crystals and 90 Primogems a day for 30 days, to get enough Genesis Crystals.
How to get the Ningguang Skin: the Orchid’s Evening Gown costume for free
miHoYo for now revealed we’ll be able to get Orchid’s Evening Gown by exchanging it for currencies obtained in Lantern Rite Events. We’ll also first need to clear the quest “The Stars Inscribe the Year’s Wishes”.

After Version 2.4 ends, Ningguang’s Skin will be sold for 1680 Genesis Crystals.
When are the Ningguang and Keqing costumes releasing?
Both Orchid’s Evening Gown and Opulent Splendor will be available startingGenshin Impact2.4 on July 16, 2025. There is no time limit to obtain them, and the costumes will be permanently available.
