In a recent episode ofGym & Fridgeby Men’s Health, actorAlan Ritchsongave a tour of his home gym and talked about his favorite exercise. Not just that, he also gave a tip on building the perfect summer body,
“My favorite is the Pectoralis major, it’s actually a little tiny muscle, it’s a little strip of muscle – but if you wanna have like a beach body, you wanna fill out your t-shirt.” When asked about his favorite exercise, Ritchson said, “Probably the incline bench, I’ll come down here and I’ll throw 225 on there.“
The actor revealed that he works out 5 days a week and prefers to spend less time in the gym, somewhere between 20 to 30 minutes. Further in the interview, Ritchson broke down his training routines and also revealed that he likes to listen to NSYNC and Backstreet Boys while working out.

How many meals does Alan Ritchson eat in a day?
It’s common knowledge that diet is as important as working out, so Ritchson,a dedicated bodybuilder, doesn’t compromise. While giving fans a look into his fridge, Ritchson talked about his meals,
“I’ve always got a lot of eggs, that is like my go-to breakfast – I eat about every hour, I don’t know if they’re like full meals… probably like four full meals.”
The actor further broke down his meals, revealing that he eats pre-made packs of oatmeal for breakfast, a meat cheese taco for lunch, and for dinner, he prefers to have his wife’s homemade turkey meatloaf and salad or green beans. Ritchson explained that his diet depends on the type of character he’s playing so forReacher, the actor is constantly bulking but for other roles, he tries to cut down his carb, sugar, and cheese intake.
