How To Unlock Stratagems
You will unlock two basic Stratagems for finishing the tutorial - the Machine Gun and the Orbital Precision Strike. Most other Stratagems in the game will unlock as you level up. However, some do require that you pay for them with Requisition Slips, which are gained from successful missions.

How To Use Stratagems
Stratagems are activated by keying in a code, which can be found on the top left of your screen. Using these codes spawns a small beacon in your character’s hand, which you may then throw to decide where the Stratagem will land. In the case of resupply Stratagems, you’ll want them to land close to your squad. In the case of orbital strikes, or other offensive Stratagems, you’ll want to position them near enemies.
Remember tostand clear of Stratagems like Orbital Strikeuntil you get a better feel for the blast radius of the more explosive Stratagems you have available.

To practice keying in the Stratagem codes efficiently, you can play a Minigame on the ship called Stratagem Hero.The console is located near the computer where you modify your loadout on your ship.
All Stratagems In Helldivers 2
You cannot take every Stratagem on every mission in Helldivers 2. Instead, you need to be selective. Some Stratagems arebest suited to certain enemy types or mission objectives, and learning how this works is what separates novices from veterans. This gives the player an element of tactical choice even outside the mission and sets Helldivers 2 apart from othergreat Tactical Shooters.
While calling in additional Helldivers is technically a Stratagem, it doesn’t fit into any of the categories for Stratagems, and is always equipped. As a result, you won’t find it on this list.

Eagle Stratagems have limited uses, but these uses are per refuel, not per match. When you have used all charges of your Eagle Stratagem, you will have a prompt to begin refueling. Once refueling is complete, you will be able to shoot them again. This spammability helps to offset their weakness next to Orbital Stratagems.
