Update:ÂThe open beta is live and available to jump on.
For those who were expecting to jump onto the open beta for Ubisoft’s upcomingÂGhost Recon BreakpointÂtoday, you’ll now need to wait a bit longer. Originally, Ubisoft was supposed to launch the open beta forGhost Recon Breakpointtoday at 3am PT/6am ET. It’s supposed to run until September 29. However, a Tweet from the official account posted earlier indicates that the launch has been delayed.
The delay is to allow them time to “finalize the preparation of our infrastructure” before they push the servers live. This should result in a smoother experience for users when the open beta does eventually go live. Here’s the Tweet:
The latest update we’ve seen is that the team are currently investigating an issue that’s impacting connection. The Twitter thread will be updated as the situation progresses.
If you’re hoping to jump on the open beta, you’ll be able to do so on PC, Xbox One, or PS4. Yesterday we reported on theextensive accessibility options arriving to the game at launch, so players might be able to see these options in the open beta. Players will also be able to experience 5 of the main missions, some side missions, and take part in daily Faction Missions.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s open beta will also allow players to try the Ghost War mode with 3 maps available to jump into with a 4v4 Elimination mode. Progression earned in the open beta will not be transferred to the full game.

You’ll be able to get the full version ofÂGhost Recon BreakpointÂwhen it launches on August 12, 2025. It’ll launch on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It’ll be available on UPlay+ and will also arrive on Google Stadia when that platform becomes available.
