Whether it be Venti being the symbol of freedom, Zhongli being that one broke friend who makes you take care of the bills or Raiden Shogun being the shut-in gamer, they all have their own ideals that they follow. This is also one of the many factors that determine how strong they are.
While each of us may have our favorites, there are certainly some things that make these Archons stronger than the others. For this list, let us take a look at some of their impressive feats and what makes them so powerful.

7Furina (Focalors)
Born To Be An Actress, Forced To Become A God
Let us start this list with a not-so-hot take. For the weakest Archon, we have Furina (or Focalors). When it comes to her intentions towards saving her people, she perhaps may be the most noble of them all. Because this God of Justice quite literally sacrifices herself for the sake of Fontaine and her people.
But when it comes to her physical or ability prowess, there sadly isn’t much to say which puts her in last place. After the events of the Archon Quests in Chapter IV, only the human version of the Archon, Furina, remains and Focalors seem to be gone.

6Nahida (Kusanali)

For the second-weakest Archon in this list, we have Nahida, or as she goes by her title of Lesser Lord Kusanali. She is currently the youngest of them all, both in terms of the time since she got this position and in her in-game appearance, the God of Wisdom resides in the Sumeru region.

Kusanali has ruled for just 500 years and her people are yet to accept her as their God. Now, while she may not have thousands of years of experience when it comes to ruling or a lot of physical strength.
If you were to make a list of characters with creepy invasive powers like reading other people’s minds, creating illusions, and shape-shifting. Nahida may just as well be the strongest of them all.
Beloved Drunk Bard Of Mondstadt
Next up, we have perhaps the most controversial and confusing character, Venti. Measuring his strength is a bit tricky because of the things he has accomplished in lore, and what he tells the traveler may seem contradicting.
From what we canonically know, the God of Freedom is the second-oldest Archon, only after Zhongli, and has “ruled” Mondstadt for 2600+ years. Making him the only other member who hasn’t changed from the original The Seven.
This may make you think he is the second-strongest character here. But the other truth is, he also quite easily got his Gnosis stolen from La Signora, the eighth of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. This doesn’t exactly help his case when we have to pick someone powerful.

However, this doesn’t discredit his previous feats, like being able to reshape Mondstadt by cutting down mountains. Venti is also known to have connections with Istaroth, the God of Time. But his playable form isn’t even the strongest when it comes toAnemo characters.
He admits that he doesn’t like the idea of ruling, which is an important aspect when gauging an Archon’s power. As such, he calls himself the weakest Archon, and this logic should put him behind Nahida and even Furina.
But he also has the most devoted followers in Mondstadt, so if being worshiped was a criterion, he could be one of the strongest Archons.
Super Saiyan Biker Of Natlan
This part of the list has story spoilers for Chapter 5 Archon Quests.If you love Goku Super Saiyan 3 or bikers, then you are definitely going to love the God of War, Mavuika. The ruler of Natlan also goes by the title of the Lady of Fire.
Speaking purely of combat prowess, we can see her showcase it against the Fatui Harbringer, Il Capitano. Bringing him down is big because he is ranked one member of the Eleven Harbingers.
What makes this even more impressive is that she is not a God but a human. Unlike the other regions, Natlan chooses their Archon via Pilgrimage, also known as Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame, a combat tournament.

For the 3rd position, we have the one character that attracted a lot of players to try the game out in the first place: Ei or, as you may better know her, Raiden Shogun. Now, this may be a bit of a controversial take as many believe her to be stronger than Zhongli.

As per the game’s story, Ei rules via her puppet Raiden Shogun (or The Shogun), whose ideal is Eternity.
If you were looking for some of her feats that make her strong, then one of the many things that she is quite famous for is defeating Orobashi, The “Great Serpent,” all by herself. During this fight, she also created the Musoujin Gorge by splitting Yashiori Island.
God Of Contracts & Dodging Bills
This may not surprise many, but just like an anime trope (we are not going to talk about Genryusai Yamamoto from Bleach), this old man is the strongest of all that has appeared in the game so far.
While some may believe he has fallen, Zhongli is still loved by several people in his region and even has Adepti followers like Xiao and Ganyu. So, even if you don’t consider his past feats, just the rule of how much control an Archon has over their region makes him valid for this position.
He is currently the oldest Archon, who is more than 6000 years old. Some of the other names that he goes by are Morax, Rex Lapis, or the God of Contracts.

Zhongli could be a useful Genshin Impact character if he carries the best weapons, builds, and is put on the right team.
Guyun Stone Forest is an excellent example to see how strong he was. According to the legends, the jagged cliffs are the lances Rex Lapis used in his fight against the Osial to defeat it.
During his peak, his physical and combat prowess was unmatchable. He is known to have killed multiple Gods and also sealed away several of them during the Archon War.

Elsa Who Just Won’t Let It Go
Tsaritsa has yet to be released, and her true motives are unknown. So, based on Venti’s description of what makes an Archon powerful, she comes out to be the strongest.
Finally, for the strongest Archon, we have the Ice Princess Tsaritsa. This is again debatable, because many may argue that the only thing that makes her powerful is her stealing the Gnosis of others, which is used to resonate with Celestia.
While we wait for the Cryo Archon and Snezhnaya to drop, we will have to rely on what we know about her. To begin with, she is known to rule her region with fear. Tsaritsa also has a mysterious ability to grant her followers “Delusions”.
This is a power similar to but different from Visions, and high-ranking Fatui, like the Operatives or the Eleven Harbringers, are known to use it. But what truly makes her dangerous is the stolen Gnosis.
Now, whether or not her efforts will pay off, only time will tell. But for all we know, she may just be the one to achieve her goals and burn the old world away.
