While the other consumables can be repurchased after being used, the Last Elixir is, as its name implies, the last one. There is only one Last Elixir in the game, and it can be a lifesaver if used correctly.

Where To Get The Last Elixir

The Last Elixir can bepurchased from Charon’s Toll after completing the"Things Fall Down" main quest. This is towards the end of the game and an appropriate time to get it, as this Elixir should be saved for either the final boss or the final and most difficult Hunts. The last Elixir ispurchased for 20,000 Gil, and once it’s purchased, you cannot get another that playthrough.

How To Use The Last Elixir

The Last Elixir is unique in that it istriggered upon Clive’s death. It will restore your HP andfill your limit break, also boosting your attack and defense for a short time. It’s important to note that this item must be equipped in one of the shortcuts to your inventory to take effect, otherwise, it will not work, and Clive will die.As long as the Last Elixir is equipped, it will automatically take effect upon Clive’s death, meaning it may accidentally be used if you die to a random enemy.

This item is incredibly rare and useful, only being used during a dire situation. Leave itunequipped until you are sure you’re about to begin a battle when you think it will be needed. It’s also best to save it for theSvarogorBehemoth Kinghunts, as these fights are the most difficult hunts, without any checkpoints that restore potions like in other boss fights.
