Recently,From Softwarereleased the highly rumored Colosseum update forElden Ring, which expands the game’s multiplayer section to by adding competitive battles. Today, a newhotfixarrived for the Colosseum update.
The new patch fixes two main issues. The first one eliminates a bug that used to change the behavior of crouching attacks for certain right-handed weapons when holding them in the left hand.

The other bug, which is specific to multiplayer sessions aside from the Colosseum, fixes an issue that could display the location of the players on the compass and the map incorrectly.
With these small fixes, players shouldn’t be annoyed with any unfair bugs or issues preventing them from enjoying a fair multiplayer PvP experience in the game. Keep in mind that you have to download this new patch if you want to play online. Otherwise, you may skip the update if your platform allows it.
In case you wonder how you can gain access to Colosseums in Elden Ring, you will need to download a free DLC that is available right now across all platforms. After that, the entry to multiple Colosseums across the Lands Between will be unlocked for you, which allows you to participate in multiplayer battles with up to 6 players in special arenas.
From Software managed to win the Game of the Year award for Elden Ring last week, which was a huge achievement for the studio after winning the same award forSekiro: Shadows Die Twiceback in 2019. While nothing has officially been shared about the future content of Elden Ring, fans do expect to receive some story-oriented expansions for the game, as the Lands Between still has great potential.
During The Game Awards 2022, From Software announced its next project which isa sequel to its Armored Coreseries. Not much was revealed about the project, but it probably means we need to wait longer than expected for the next Souls-like title from Hidetaka Miyazaki. After all, Elden Ring did change the standards for a Souls-Borne experience, as fans expect something even bigger from the developers right now.
