Well, it looks like an anime enthusiast (@tamirsverse) has the answer to this question, where they uploaded a YouTube Short on their channel, explaining“why Logia awakenings are gonna be broken.”They stated that the specific reason we’ve not seen a Logia user with an awakening is because we can assume“it’s extremely difficult to accomplish.”
They further mentioned that compared to the Zoan and Paramecia types, Logia awakenings might be significantly more difficult. This is evident because experimentation has been done on the two awakened types where Caesar created the artificial Devil Fruits, which he called SMILE.
