Where To Find Pointed Fangs

Pointed Fangare very rare to find, especially in the base game, as they are arandom drop with a low percentage off of Wargs.Wargs, unfortunately, don’t respawn in the base gameand are found on Volcanic Island. A few can be found at thenorthernmost point fighting the dragon, and each has the possibility of dropping a Pointed Fang even if killed by the dragon.

Wags also have a chance of spawning along theroads west ofVolcanic Island Camp, but only two will spawn and won’t respawn once killed. After the player reaches the endgame and enters theUnmoored World,Wargs will beginspawning much more often in these same areas, along with any road on Volcanic Island. Really, only one Pointed Fang needs to be found, asthey can be forged, with this being one of the easier methods of getting more. The Forager Specialization helps playerslocate Pointed Fangs on the map before travelingto make sure players don’t waste time looking for Wargs when there aren’t any.
