One of the quests in DD2 will beSpellbound, which has you needing toseek out and find 5 grimoires. This makes it a far easier task than finding all 240Seeker Tokens for the rewardsthat follow — although Spellbound can still be rather lengthy.

How To Start Spellbound
You willstart this quest at Eini’s Home over in Moonglow Garden— inside you will find 2 NPCs named Eini and Trysha. Make your way through all the dialog options available to cause Eini to leave the house.Follow Eini, and then speak with her againto make your way through some more dialogue options before heading back to Eini’s Home.
Once you have returned to the house, go over andspeak with Trysha. You will now be tasked with collecting 5 grimoires to bring back with you. These grimoires are not a simple task of just walking over and picking them up, with each of them having their own way of being collected. You do not need to go out of your way to get them, though, as you will be close to each of these areas at different points in the game over time.
Towering Earth Grimoire Location
You will be able to get this grimoire during the quest called “The Caged Magistrate.” This is one of the game’s main quests, soyou will be able to get to this quest by simply progressing the story. During the mission, you will find Waldhar, who will give you the grimoire during a dialog sequence.
Dragon’s Dogma 2: All Maister Locations
Maisters allow you to master a Vocation and obtain its Ultimate Skill. Here’s the location of all those Maisters and the skills they unlock.
Fulminous Shield Grimoire Location
This grimoire is purchasable by simplyheading to its seller over in Melve and buying it. Once you in Melve, head to Dudley and select “Buy” to see his wares. Here, you will be able to buy Fulminous Shield for5000 G.
Nations Death & Howling Blizzard Grimoire Locations
Both of these grimoires can be found by heading to theWaterfall Cave, which can be foundeast of the Riftstone of the Kindhearted(northeast up the road from Melve, just past the big gate checkpoint). Make your way to thevery end of Waterfall Cave and open the chest. This will earns you two grimoires, but it will also trigger a boss fight. The boss in question is a Wight, meaning you have an opportunity getget a Black Crystalwhile you are here.

If you want to make it to Sacred Arbor (Home Of The Elves) in DD2, you will need to know Elvish. Here’s how you’re able to make sure you know the language.
Let There Be Light Grimoire Location
For this grimoire, you will first need to have theCourtly Tunic and the Courtly Breeches.You will be able to get these items during the Ornate Box side quest.Once you have these items, you will want to make your way over toCheckpoint Rest Town. At this location,you will find Myrddin’s Home.

This is where you will be able to get your hands on the“Let There Be Light” grimoireby making your way to the study located on the second floor where you will find the grimoire on the table with some other books.
Spellbound Quest Rewards
Once you have all 5 grimoires,head back to Eini’s Home find a hostile Trysha. Restrain her and then either progress time by two days manually, or just play through the game for 2 days of in-game time before returning. If you kill Trysha,you will be able to revive her by using a Wakestone.
You will be getting quite a few rewards for this quest. First is the experience and gold, which will be2000 XP and 3000 G. You will also get theCast Stone staff, Conjurer’s Jottings, and Enchanter’s Almanac.
