Throughout the game, you will find that there are a lot of different debilitations or conditions that can cause disaster for your character. There are also elements that go along with some of these conditions that can make them worse. Here’s a breakdown of those.

All Debilitations/Conditions
Here are the debilitations and conditions that can affect you, what they do, and how you can cure them.
Dragonsplagueis a condition that can truly affect yourPawnsand cause issues.
This debilitation can be inflicted by poison attacks. While you only take a small amount of continuous damage after the initial attack, if you suffer further poison attacks without curing your blight and become blighted again, you will be stricken by the ailment known as fulminant poison and incur massive damage. In short, letting blight linger uncured is a sure path to an early end.
This debilitation does not inflict damage. It occurs when doused in water, such as if you fall in a river or get soaked by the rain. While being drenched does prevent you from becoming tarred and reduces the damage taken from fire attacks, it algo means that lightning attacks Will leave you benumbed, and ice attacks Will make you ice-bound.

This debilitation can be inflicted by ice attacks. While frostbitten, your movements gradually become slower as your body grows numb from the cold.
Petrification
This debilitation can be inflicted by petrifying attacks. Continue to suffer such attacks, and you will gradually turn to stone, preventing you from moving and shortly resulting in your death. Petrification must be cured quickly, lest you or your comrades be reduced to lifeless statues.
This debilitation can be inflicted by silencing attacks. It prevents you from performing any action that requires speech, including the incanting of spells. Pawns are no less susceptible, and will lose their ability to speak in general.

This debilitation causes you to be overcome by a sudden onset of fatigue, plunging you into a deep, defenseless sleep right where you stand. If an allied pawn is afflicted, the Arisen can approach them and give them a shake to wake them up.
This debilitation does not inflict damage. It occurs when doused in oil. In this state, you are more likely to be knocked off balance, and if you are hit by a fire attack you become torched, causing massive continuous damage.

This debililitation is simply much more devastating than simply catching fire. It can be caused by being hit with a fire attack while Tarred, por by being Tarred after catching fire. Engulfed in an inferno, you take massive damage at steady intervals; but become Drenched (such as by immersing yourself in water) and the debilitation will be removed.
Unconscious
This debilitation can be inflicted by lightning attacks and blunt strikes. It is more likely to result from damage dealt to the head. The affliicted is rendered temporarily dazed, and has limited range of movement.
