What Is An Uber Unique In Diablo 4?
An Uber Unique is an item in Diablo 4 that is very rare - ranked aboveSacred Itemsand regularUnique Itemsboth. These items are a power boost that can take your build to the next level, if you can find one. It is estimated that an Uber Unique has a drop chance as low as 1 in 1000, meaning that getting one can be a Herculean task. However,some places have higher drop rates than others.
Most Uber Unique items are class agnostic, meaning that anyone can use them and gain benefits. However, there are currently three class restricted Uber Unique Items - Doombringer (Barbarian, Necromancer, Rogue), The Grandfather (Barbarian, Necromancer), and Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander (Sorcerer, Druid).
All Uber Unique Items In Diablo 4
There are currently seven Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4, all of which except the Spear of Lycander are class Agnostic. Six were included at launch, and another was added with the launch of Season of the Malignant.
Doombringer
1 Handed Sword
Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-25%] chance to deal [X] Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage done by 20% for 5 seconds.
The Grandfather
2 Handed Sword
Increases your Critical Strike Damage by [60-100%]. The other properties of this weapon can roll higher than normal.
Ring of Starless Skies
Spending Resources reduces your resource costs and increases your damage by x10% for 3 seconds, up to 40%.
Andariel’s Visage
Up to a 20% chance of triggering a poison nova that applies [90-20,414] Poisoning Damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the area.
Harlequin Crest
Gain [10.0-20.0%] Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.
Melted Heart of Selig
Gain +60 Maximum Resource. In addition, 75% of incoming damage drains 2 Resource for every 1% of Maximum Life you would have lost instead.
Ahavarion Spear of Lycander
2 Handed Staff
Gain a random Shrine effect for 10–20 seconds after killing an Elite enemy. It can only occur once every 30 seconds.

How To Get Uber Unique Items
The drop rates for Uber Unique are so low that most players won’t see one outside targeted farming (more on that below). However, there are several instances where an Uber Unique can drop. To qualify for an Uber Unique you must meet the requirements, and take part in an eligible gameplay activity.

Helltide events are great end-game events in Diablo 4 that provide a challenge, while also some valuable rewards.
How To Target Farm Uber Unique Gear
Target farmingfor Uber Uniques is far better than running endless events and praying. Target farming is done by fighting one of the most difficult bosses in the game,Uber Duriel.
Summoning Uber Duriel, Lord of Maggots requires rare resources, namely 2Mucus Slick Eggsand2 Shards of Agony. Once you have the materials, you can summon him at the Gaping Crevasse east of Gea Kul.
How To Get Mucus Slick Eggs
Mucus Slick Eggs are by far the most difficult of the available Summoning Materials to get your hands on. To get one, you’ll need tosummon and defeat The Echo of Varshan, another end-game boss. Like Duriel, Varshan requires materials to summon:
These are obtained from opening caches from the Tree of Whispers on World Tier 3+. If you get more of one item and lack another,you can convert them from one to another at the Alchemist, and thus get yourself a complete set.
With your set of materials,go to the Malignant Burrow next to the Tree of Whispers for the summoning.
How To Get Shards of Agony
Shards of Agony are obtained by summoning and defeating the end-game boss Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint. To summon Grigoire, you’ll need to collect Living Steel. The amount needed depends on your current World Tier.
Living Steel can be farmed duringHelltides, specifically byopening the Tortured Gifts of Living Steel Chests. This will spawn a boss called “The One Who Smiles,” who must be defeated to get the loot. Once you have your materials, head toThe Hall of the Penitent South of Ked Bardu to summon the boss.
While other players in the party can receive cosmetic and item rewards from fighting Grigoire and Varshan, only the player that summons the boss will get the materials to summon Duriel.
