Season 19 ofDestiny 2brings us the Season of the Seraph. It is a new adventure to recover the lost Warmind Subcells from hidden bunkers around the system before the Hive Goddess Xivu Arath can turn them against humanity.

Just like every other season, there’s a huge quest chain that will take you through the whole story, and this time it’sMore Than A Weapon. In this guide, we’ll walk you through every step, so you can get the best out of the journey.
Complete the Hierarchy Mission
This is the mission that willautomatically be launched when you log inwith any character for the first time this season. It sends you toEuropato try and getClovis Brayto help you restore Rasputin from his Engram.
When you spawn on Europa, you will immediately be introduced to a recurring mechanic this season -beams that detect intruders and unleash devastating laser beams at them. Your first objective will be toget into the Braytech facilitywhile avoiding them.
Once inside, you will encounter minions of Xivu Arath and their Cryptoliths. You will need to clear all enemies in his room to progress and finally defeat a boss - a corrupted Fallen namedAethiks, Instrument Of Xivu Arath.
As you head deeper into the facility, you will encounter another one of this season’s enemy mechanics: ADeathtongue Speaker. When these reach a Totem of Xivu Arath, they will unleash a song that impedes your abilities and buffs enemy forces. Kill them as quickly as possible to prevent it. You will need toclear all enemieshere to unlock the door to continue.
You will then progress further and further down, needing to do a lot of careful platform jumping before finally coming to the room in which Clovis Bray’s Exo head resides. Here, you must defeat the final boss:Techwizard Malykuh, Salvation’s Warden.
Once the boss is down, Osiris and Ana Bray will arrive to talk to Clovis, and you can return to the H.E.L.M. to set up the new Exo Room and receive this season’s Artifact, the Seraph Cipher.
Step 1: Speak To Mara Sov At The Holoprojector
The Holoprojector is found near the entrance to the Exo Frame Room in the H.E.L.M.Mara has some intel to share about Xivu Arath’s plans.
Step 2: Complete Heist Battleground: Moon
The next step is to raid one of the bunkers containingRasputin’s Submind cellsand retrieve it. We’ve got acomplete guide to this battleground here.
Step 3: Collect Seraph Key Codes
Seraph Key Codes are this season’s standard resource and are found in activities throughout the system. They drop most frequently fromRitual Playlists(The Crucible, Vanguard, and Gambit playlists). It won’t take long to acquire 500 while you’re doing these other activities.
Step 4: Spend Seraph Key Codes To Unlock A Seraph Chest
Spending Seraph Key Codes requires completing a mission from theBattleground: Heistplaylist, accessible from the H.E.L.M. Beware, these missions aretough, as they are equivalent to Hero Nightfall difficulty, andenemies will automatically spawn at five levels above your Light Level. You will also need to bringAnti-BarrierandAnti-UnstoppableChampion Mods. Make sure you have your best gear on and a dedicated PVE build when you go in. When you complete one, don’t forget to open the additional chest at the end to complete this step of the quest.
Step 5: Complete The Mission Operation: Archimedes
Next up is a soloable mission to secure the Warsat Launch Facility that we’ll need to re-integrate with Rasputin. Firstly you’ll need to get into the facility by heading around to the left of where you start while avoiding the defense beams. Then, as you head into the bunker, you’ll need to access various terminals and restore power to progress. The latter is done by killingArc-Charged Knightsin order to get Arc-Charges.
Finally, you’ll need to defeat an Ogre boss,Sumak, Ravager of Torobatl, and clear a large room of enemies. The boss has an invulnerable shield that spawns at 50% health. To penetrate this, you must kill the knights that spawn andstand in the green circlesthey leave behind. While in a circle, you can shoot through the shield. Once all enemies are defeated, you can pick up the final charge from the Ogre and restore power to the facility.
Step 6: Speak To Ana Bray At The Holoprojector
Return to the H.E.L.M.and activate the Holoprojector to hear an update from Ana.
Step 7: Speak to Clovis At The Exo Frame
Now, go back to the H.E.L.M. Exo Frame, whereClovis has some developmentsto report and rewards for you.
Step 8: Listen To The Message On The Radio
For this step, you must go to theradio near the Holoprojectorand listen to a conversation between Ana and Osiris.
Step 9: Continue To Retrieve Data
