Deadpool & Wolverineis just around the corner and fans are surely excited to see the much-awaited and long-overdue tandem of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. Years in the making, this match made in heaven also takes pride in finally seeing them on the screen side by side in their respective costumes.
Live-action Wolverine has been around since 2000 but the audience has never seen him sport his own yellow and blue spandex. According to Jackman, the reaction of the movie’s crew upon seeing it was priceless.

While speaking withThe Movie Reporton YouTube at the Eventim Apollo in London,Ryan Reynoldsand Hugh Jackman recalled the very first time they fitted their costumes and revealed the reactions of their crew members.
I can talk about the first day we walked on set wearing the uniform, and for me, wearing the yellow and blue for the first time, but together we came out and there we were at Pinewood here in London, and the crew that, let’s just say they worked a lot of movies before… there was a hush amongst everyone, and that was a really cool moment.
The crew members were basically stunned and left speechless upon seeing the tandem in their Deadpool and Wolverine costumes. It’s high time that Jackman gets to wear his character’s comic book outfit after portraying him for two decades. On the other hand, Reynolds said:
I knew there was something auspicious about it but I didn’t recognize how intense that would feel. That whole crew was just silent when we were standing next to each other in those suits, and it was a real eye-opener for me.
Surely, the general crowd will have a different reaction to it when they watch the movie in theaters. For years, the fans have been clamoring for aDeadpool and Wolverineteam-up and now that their wish is granted, everyone will be cheering and clapping inside the theaters.
