With each episode,Dandadanis climbing the charts in terms of its enthralling plot. The visuals and new characters have most fans on the edge of their seats. However, that is not all, considering the tempo, comedic timing, and impeccable animation have a lot to offer as well.
With the recent episode, however, it fell flat in terms of its dub and this has more to do with one of the crucial scenes in the anime. It flatlined one of the most interesting aspects of the manga but that is not the sole reason that had fans foaming at the mouth.
The episode’s introduction of Jiji in the love triangle has most fans vexed. On top of that, he is all set to be yet another hated character apart from Aira Shiratori in the series.
With Episode 11, fans left no stone unturned in underlining their hate for the new character in every way possible. Be it his loud-mouthed attitude or his overfriendliness with Momo, he has done everything to blow a fuse among fans.

Dandadanis all set to bag all the awards with its stellar animation, visuals, and compelling plotline as Science SARU left no stone unturned with the anime. The series is a visual masterpiece in every sense especially with its just adaptation of the manga.
The studio beautifully animated some of the most iconic scenes from the manga. Be it Acrobatic Silky’s troubled past or Turbo Granny’s empathy toward girls, the anime outclassed most series in this aspect.
Of late, the English dubhas been laudedby several fans and critics. With Aj Beckles and Abby Trott lending their voices to the show, the series has skyrocketed in terms of its popularity outside Japan.
But it has a lot to do with Yukinobu Tatsu’s brilliant writing and intricate visuals that are reminiscent of nostalgia. However, viewers spoke too soon as the recent episode fell flat on the series’ appeal.

Above all, the English dub had the most context lost in translation. Be it Momo’s interaction with Okarun or Jiji calling the former “more than relatives”, it pointed to a major blunder as thisRedditornoted.
To top it off, the dub seemed lackluster compared to the original subbed version. But that was not what angered and vexed fans as it did with Jiji’s introduction and loud-mouthed persona.
Jiji’s introduction blew a fuse among fans
While the hate for Aira Shiratori wasn’t enough, there’s a new kid on the block. Behold, Jin Enjoji, also known as Jiji made his appearance in the ending scene of Episode 10 in the anime. As Momo’s former crush, he triggered self-doubt in her.
Regardless of his apologies, he remains one of themost annoying charactersin the series according to most fans. By and by, this response is after his flashy introduction to the anime. This wasn’t enough as fans called him annoyingly loud.
Apart from his hyperactive nature, his starting a rumor about Momo and his over-friendliness had most fans vexed. With the recent episode, he is being deemed weird and far too overwhelming for the most part. His debut had most fans divided especially with his overall antics.
Mostly, people cannot fathom himbeing Okarun’s rivalin any case. With the latter’s insecurity unveiled in the recent episode, fans couldn’t help but empathize with the character.

By and by, Jiji’s real motives and backstory are yet to be charted in the anime. And while the character seems rather overwhelming, fans’ annoyance seems valid. With the series nearing its end, the first season might end on a grand note.
