The canine companion of Corenswet first stole the heart and chair of Rachel Brosnahan, who plays Lois Lane in the movie. María Gabriela de Faría, who plays The Engineer, has now shared that she was lucky enough to get a picture with Ira.

Ira also stole the director’s seat on theSupermanset as James Gunn shared the photo of the dog suited up in the Man of Steel attire. Ira is definitely the most popular star on set and one of the biggest promoters of the film on social media now.

AfterRachel Brosnahanposted about the one celebrity taking over her job on theSupermanset, María Gabriela de Faría has now shared a photo with this celebrity. Ira Corenswet, the pet dog of Superman actorDavid Corenswet, has been active on social media, popping up on the feeds of the cast & crew of the film.

Faría wrote onInstagramthat she was completely starstruck by Ira and shared that she met the little cutie as the latter was in the middle of“learning his lines.”However, Faría added that Ira was super kind to her and said yes to a selfie right away. The comment section was filled with hilarious responses to Faría’s remarks.
SupermandirectorJames Gunnwrote,“He’s such a great Engineer,”continuing a running gag that Ira would replace anyone in the crew in their respective roles. Another Insta user @laker_spider asked the actress,“Did you get an autograph????”. @dcu_updates warned the Venezuelan actress with the comment,“Careful, he may steal your job.”

Even Gunn was not safe in his job once Ira entered the set ofSuperman. In anInstagrampost, he shared a photo of Ira comfortably sitting in the director’s chair. He wrote,“Someone is in my seat again. Rachel Brosnahan Tried To Instigate Drama By Calling Ira A Nepo Baby
DCU’s Lois Lane is still Rachel Brosnahan, but for a few minutes or so,she thought she had lost her jobto a nepo baby. Brosnahan shared on her Instagram that Ira Corenswet had taken over her chair and her role. She wrote on herInstagram:
“Sad to report I’ve been recast today. Ira Corenswet will be taking over the role of Lois Lane. Although I’m disappointed (and he is a nepo baby), I wish him luck.”

Her post also received some witty comments from fans and co-stars.
