Finding the Emergence phone locations inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6on your own can be tricky, but that’s where we come in.
It’s certainly a challenge worth tackling. These phones are scattered throughout the Emergence mission, requiring you to answer each of them as you navigate some very tense moments in the game’s campaign mode.
Completing the ‘Collect Calls’ challenge will unlock a special reward for players who manage to answer every phone, and this guide will show you all of theBlack Ops 6locations you’ll need to visit for this purpose.
All Emergence Phone Locations in Black Ops 6
There are five phones you can answer in the Emergence mission. Unlikethe safehouse from the start of the campaign, this won’t involve a series of puzzles to solve. Instead, you’ll come across these phones as you progress through the building and its various wings.
Central Hub
The first one is in Central Hub As soon as you enter the ATA Facility and pass through the cutscene, you’ll start experiencing hallucinations of zombies attacking the building.
After fighting them off, you’ll see the first phone start ringing by the front desk near the Director Keycard slots. Approach and answer it to complete the first step of the Collect Calls challenge.
Advanced Combat Research (ACR) Wing
Moving to the ACR and Administration Wing, head down the large hallway between these two areas. After solving a computer code puzzle and picking up the grappling gun, you’ll have a tough boss fight.

Once you’ve defeated the boss and obtained the ACR Director Keycard, take the stairs out of the ACR wing and turn left. The second phone will be ringing near the stairs, ready for you to answer.
Administration Wing
With the ACR Wing grapple hook in hand, you can now access the Administration Wing.
Look up and to the left for a grapple point. After pulling yourself up, check a small table to your left where the third phone will be ringing. Picking up this call will add another phone to your challenge count.
Joint Projects Wing
Next, head toward the Joint Projects Wing once you’ve used the grappling hook.
The fourth phone is found near the entrance to this wing and will begin to ring as you approach it. Answering this phone will put you one step closer to completing the challenge.
Biotechnology Wing
After you’ve gathered all four Director Keycards, you’ll have access to the Biotechnology Wing.

Take the elevator up, and you’ll find the phone after hallucinating a bit. Answer it to complete the Collect Calls challenge and claim your reward.
