The first thing you need to do to make Celestial Medicine inBlack Myth Wukongis to progress a little in the game’s story, as the ability to craft things opens up later. Once you reach Chapter 2, continue until you find the Village Entrance Shrine in Yellow Wind Ridge.

Here, you’ll see an old wooden bridge. You need to go under the bridge and move forward a bit to reach a cave on the right side. You’ll easily spot this small cave after walking a short distance further.
After walking a bit further into the cave, you’ll encounter a human-dog creature named Xu Dog, who is walking around thoughtfully. When you speak to him, he will mention that a troublesome frog named Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw stole his formula and ask for your help in retrieving it.
However, the frog won’t return the formula easily, and you will need to defeat it to get it back. If you use your fighting skills wisely, the task won’t be too difficult. You can find the frog in the first puddle you come across after leaving the cave.
After defeating the frog, return to Xu Dog and give him the formula you retrieved. In exchange for your help, he will teach you how to craft basic medicines, including Celestial Medicine.
How to Craft Celestial Medicine in Black Myth Wukong
After Xu Dog teaches you crafting medicines, he’ll disappear for a while. You might not see him again until you reach the final boss of Chapter 2, Yellow Wind Guai.

When you meet and talk to him again, you will be able to unlock the Celestial Medicine pills. However, you must have the required amount of Mind Core materials to craft these medicines. Otherwise, you may not be able to do what you want.
Mind Coreis one of the important and rare items inBlack Myth Wukongand is usually dropped by powerful enemies like Lingxuzi. If you have enough of this item in your inventory, you can craft Celestial Medicine pills that increase your stats.
