However, the faster you’re able to dispatch all of your enemies, the higher your odds of achieving victory — so perhaps the most important stat to factor in is Attack.

10Shiren Tium
Attack Stat: 9073
This character’s class as a debuffer actually helps them get even higher amounts of damage per turn. Their first skill sees them dealing damage to a target and at the same time reducing said target’s defense stat for 2 turns. However, this reduced defense stat is reliant on them making sure said targets are frequently stunned — otherwise, the debuff will not take effect, and they will not see improved damage numbers.
One might argue this upped DPS could move them up a rank on this list. However, maintaining this buff is far from easy. Other skill effects involve providing chances to stun enemies, reducing enemies' resistance, and reducing enemies' endurance. This is the only SR character to make it on this list.
9Asta (Swimsuit Variation)
Attack Stat: 9599
Asta is known for his use of anti-magic, so it comes as no surprise that his first skill can dispel buffs from the enemy he is targeting. This skill also deals out damage in the process, reducing the downtime of using his turn to merely act as a debuff. His second skill will deal damage and pull a debuff from his allies onto himself, and then remove all debuffs.
This makes him a real pain to deal with for opponents who focus on using buffs and debuffs as part of their strategy rotation. His special and Combined Skills help round this character into a very versatile option, as he can help the team by stunning enemies, or by taunting when he attacks to keep all the aggro on himself.
8Marx Francois

It is very unlikely to see an R-ranked character from a gacha game be in the 10 best performers, but Marx’s attack numbers put him up there while also being a support class character. Unlike the previous entry, Marx has several skills that inflict no damage on the turn they are used, and his only damage skill uses his magic stat.

7Jack The Ripper

6Yami Sukehiro

Like Jack the Ripper, Yami is a character that uses Bleed in his arsenal — as well as both being amagic knight captainfor one of thenine Magic Squads. Bleed is brilliant as it deals 5% of the target’s maximum HP each turn, on top of any other damage from skills. Yami is a perfect character to develop against bosses, as his second skill will grant him a 30% increase to his damage, inflict Bleed, and inflict stun. It also uses 110% of his already massive attack stat.
However, it does have a 3-turn cooldown. Players should start by using his Special Skill first. This will start by giving him an increased critical hit rate for the next 2 turns. When he uses a combined attack with an ally, he will receive a 15% increase to the damage he deals.
Attack Stat: 12,299
Rhya is a much more desirable pull than Yami due to his extra attacks, each of which gets a 30% increase to Rhya’s attack stat in the process. In addition to this, his magic attack stat is pretty high itself and is also increased in the process — and then is added to the final damage numbers. He is reliant on having buffs to do this, but that is not a problem for him.
In a team, an ally can provide him with a buff, or he can do it himself by copying buffs from a target enemy. This is best used on an enemy that has a buff enhancing their attack stat’s damage, but raising critical chance is a good second option. Once he has more than 2 active buffs at the start of a turn, his Special Skill sees him gain a large attack boost and gets another extra attack.
4Jack (Clover Academy Variant)
Attack Stat: 12,799
Clover Academy variants make up some of the best characters in the entire game, and three of them make this list — what’s more is that they are all variants of previously listed characters. Like the previous Jack the Ripper, this character has a large focus on Bleed, with his first skill inflicting Bleed for 2 turns on enemies, but when they are inflicted by it, they are also stunned.

His second skill still gives him 3 buffs at once, but it has been changed to raise Jack’s penetration, accuracy, and provide him with an extra attack on a random target. Additional attacks are a large part of this character’s kit, and they’re worth building your strategy around when it comes to timing the use of his Special Skill.
3Yami (Colver Academy Variant)
This is another variant of the Clover Academy options, coming in the form of Yami this time. This Yami not only has a higher attack stat, but he also can consistently give himself buffs to his attack stat while attacking in the processes. He can also strike all of his enemies at once, blocking their HP recovery for 1 turn.
This can be detrimental when followed up by additional attacks when a target is in dire need of HP. He can also inflict Total Silence for 2 turns, reducing the Special Points targets need for their special and Combined Skills. When he pulls off his Combined Skill, he will perform an attack after dispelling a target’s barrier.
Attack Stat: 13,379
Kiato will continue to gain buffs so long as he has existing buffs on him. His first skill will give him an increase in his attack damage so long as he has a buff on him, while his second skill will give him an increase to his critical hit rate for each existing buff that is on him.
You will want this character to have an existing buff on him at the start of each of his turns to really maximize his damage output. When this character has 2 or more buffs on him, he can use his Special Skill that will give him an accuracy increase for each existing buff, and have the attack be a guaranteed critical hit.
1Asta (Clover Academy Variant)
Attack Stat: 17,839
Asta is the main character of Black Clover, so it is fitting to see a variant of him at the top of this list. A very easy feat, once you realize his attack stat is a whopping 17,839 points. This Asta variant is all about just pouring on the damage. If he has an existing buff on him when he uses his first skill to attack, there is a 50% chance he will gain an extra attack.
Regardless of having a buff or gaining an extra attack, this skill will also give him a stack to increase his damage output — which can stack up to 5 times. His second skill will just straight up raise his attack before he strikes for damage, and it has a chance to increase Asta’s mobility. His most notable feature is how he gains a guaranteed extra attack when he uses his Special Skill to attack a target with more than 80% of its max HP.
