TheTales offranchise, Bandai Namco’s flagship series, has surpassed 20 million sold units in total. Theofficial websitemade the announcement and commemorated the milestone with a specialPC wallpaper,Tales of-themedSNS icons, and a Twittercampaign(Japanese only). Said campaign has fans tweet out their favorite moment in the series for a chance to be one of three winners of aTales ofFestival 2019 pamphlet signed by the cast.
It was revealed that a brand new title in the series would be coming to consoles. However, no other details have been released at this time. This will be the first brand new entry in the series sinceTales of Berseriacame out back in August 2016, nearly three years ago.

The most recent console release for the series,Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Editionwhich came out for every major current-gen system, is the subject of the free wallpaper above. The title launched earlier this year and, going by our very ownDualShockers review, still holds up as one of the best entries in the series.

For iOS and Android gamers, Bandai Namco is releasing anew mobile title,Tales of Crestoria. It’s slated for launch later this year in the West and there’s plenty we know about itso far.
Crestoriawill feature past protagonists from the franchise and will be divided into four parts: Main Story, Side Stories, Character Episodes, and Face Chat. It was announced that the game has already reached 150,000 pre-registrations.
