In the upcoming TV series, he is set to take center stage as the battle-hardened Ghoul from theFalloutfranchise and fans are overjoyed. His intensity and charisma are the perfect fit for the character as fans cannot wait to see him don the popular role. The Ghoul, played by Goggins, was a salesman before the cataclysmic nuclear war of 2077 between the USA and China that led him to transform into the ferocious protagonist of the series.
